    I had purchased several products from the seller but he had been spotty and refused to answer when items would be shipped out over time. This angered the seller and he had cancelled my order out of spite but not refunded the amount I had spent on his company. Hes since blocked me on all social media and email after arguing with him over the money and Im unable to get the money back through him. Im now going through my bank to file a claim against him. I have screenshots of his abhorrent behavior even going as far as to seek me out to confront me over social media to confirm my identity before cancelling my purchase and chastising me for criticizing his ethnics. ***************************************************

    Customer was antagonizing staff and other customers in the comments sections of several social media posts. Customers order was canceled due to his childish behavior. ******* also labeled this customers as a potential risk for chargeback. Due to his inappropriate behavior and potential risk, customers order was canceled. Customer was provided fulfillment times on the product page for each of the items he attempted to purchase so he is well aware of the lead times. Customer ordered 3/26/25 and order was canceled AND FULLY REFUNDED on 3/29/25. This is a false attempt to slander the business since customer was informed of all pertinent information and was promptly refunded after order was canceled.

    I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me. I only received the refund in my bank account this afternoon. I pray the business owner adopts more ethical practices and perhaps even a smidge of patience.
