What the business is committed to providing you: Singing Lessons The nature of the dispute: I was overcharged for singing lessons. He did not charge me $20 as advertised (I didn't notice the sign (I have a picture of the sign) until after I paid) but instead, I was charged $70 an hour for four lessons and $20.00 for song sheets that I never received. I was treated as if my time wasn't valuable by constantly rescheduling the singing lessons and the last straw was when he didn't show up for my appointment knowing that I have a disability that causes pain the longer I stand/sit so I asked for 30min sessions but he pushed for an hour. We talked about my disability and how hard it is being black and treated bad in ********** and as a Russian he agreed that even he has been treated wrong so I thought we were going to have a good relationship but he to degrade me when he got angry by yelling how can someone on disability afford singing lessons. I let him know that I raised my kids and as an empty ****** now, singing lessons was supposed to be a gift to myself and help me get out after being locked in after the pandemic. He's rude.Whether or not the business has tried to resolve the problem: **** would not give me a refund when I confronted him about the overpayment and after not showing up for our session. He asked me to wait around the mall for an hour or so until he could make it but my pain level would not allow me to do so. Also, I had to take an uber ride to the mall and back home for $20. He tried to get me to come back but after seeing him pee in a cup and dump it in the mall trash can, I didn't want to and I didn't like that he raised his voice at me for a long time when trying to talk with him over the phone so I told him that because he's yelling that I would only contact him through email, which I did. I have all the emails and text conversations.Account/Order/Tracking Number: I have a picture of the receipt that **** wrote down on a post-it note.
