      spacerI had a new lithium. Battery made from this company since it has been in my cart i have had a chance to drive the cart 3 times each time i use it the positive wire catches on fire or melts causing the cart to be un operational. The battery was installed on 7/5/2023 i repeatedly have sent messages to him on text messenger called his phone and he does not respond i told him at this point he can come give me back my money and take his c*** out of my cart. I have spoken to other lithium battery companys and they all have said that he is using the wrong cabel for the positive side of the battery he uses a 10 gage and the recommendation is between a 6 gage and a 4-gage wire if i had known that he did not know a whole lot about the requirements for proper wiring i would not have purchased from him. he finnaly got a battery that works but less than a year using it it blew apart he said he would replace because it had a 10 year warrenty but since march i have not recieved the new one and no further contact from him
