On Friday 8/19/2022 my truck was taken from my property by this towing C0. I'm the legal owner and the lien holder on title did not send order of repossession because they were paid off 2017. I called lien holder and they knew nothing of the matter. I called 911 they told me who took my truck. I called them to let them know they fraudulently took my vehicle with out my lien holder knowing. They told me to contact a debt collection agency in **** ******. Then told me to contact recovery co. Also in **. After contacting both companies, know could provide me any legal claim of title ownership to vehicle. I told Xtreme that I'm the titled owner and the people they told me to contact don't have now or ever lien holder rights to my property. I had 3 heart attacks and let them know I needed my nitroglycerin RX in vehicle. They said they would call me back. It's been a full week now and not one call from extreme. I was forced to pay $8000 to debt collector to release vehicle even though they don't have claim of right. After paying money I was told to contact flying A to get them to contact Xtreme and get my vehicle. It's been 2-days now and I have redemption release from debt collector for my vehicle that no claim of lien exists. I have made several calls, sited laws they were violated still as of 1pm 8/26/22 no phone call, no property release and no vehicle release. No one will call or meet me at their place of storage where I can see my vehicle thru the gaps in fence. I lost a week of work and was fired from job. I have endured heart palpitations with no medication. Copy of release and title attached. Need compensation for lost job, fuel making several trips to a closed location to obtain vehicle. How come this company can violate ******* Statutes, recovery laws and local ************************* Their address is in violation because it's a mail box business where they claim it's their principal business location address. Please help stop these acts from Xtreme. Thank u
