     1750 is the full refund of what it was paid to do the work Definitely not entitled to that originally last discussed with them they wanted $500  I havent text message indicating that stating that and now its more like extortion every install is *********** and working when I came back to service after the first complaint stated on ******** and/on review of my company, but no mention of husband losing it at the final service when I suggested that the screen stop should be replaced with a slide unit versus a spring loaded full door swing set up and I could not get it to work before I even installed it which was replaced for free by Lowes stated by husband but still got the kind that I suggested not to any questions.     I am rejecting this response because:

    We had other estimates come in to see what it would cost to fix the items that were not fixed properly. 

    The doors will not lock. The threshold and frame all has to be replaced and re done. The screen door has to be replaced so it will lock properly. Screws are stripped and nothing is done professionally. 

    Biggest issue is home is not able to lock safely.

    We did offer that before we had other estimates and realized we have to have almost have all the work re done to be done correctly. 

    Very bad business and communication with the owner Glenn.

    Also to mention the debris that was left in our yard. We have pictures to show of all the debris and work that was done and not done properly. 

    We have to hire a company or a dumpster to remove debris. Which is an additional cost. When we originally hired he was to remove everything and take with him not leave on the curb in our yard by the road. Its still there to this day.
