      My wife and I were awarded a judgment against Browning Unlimited in the amount of $63,732.84 in Orange County Court on November 30, 2009. On March 11, 2010, upon the advice of our attorney, we assigned our judgment to Regina H**** of Professional Judgment Recovery Solutions. She was to attempt to collect our judgment in exchange for 25% of recoveries. Everything was fine in the beginning with me speaking to Ms. H**** at length on a regular basis. Conversations became less frequent as time went on as it became obvious that it was not going to be easy to collect the judgment. The last time I spoke to her was in the fall of 2014. She called me and advised that we might see some money from Mr. Browning in the near future. She had come to an agreement with him that for a fee she would allow him to sell several pieces of land he owned. After that, **** was to receive an inheritance soon and we became immersed in finding a place to live. We moved to Christmas in July, 2015 and I became totally consumed by repairs, remodeling and other projects and really forgot all about the judgment for a long time. When I did, I pulled out my records to get Ms. H****'s number. I called her and told her who I was and asked what had been going on in the last 8 years. She stated that she didn't have the file in front of her and that she was busy with her grandchildren at the time. She stated that she would call me back when she could so I let it go at that. It was the day before Thanksgiving so I thought maybe she had company for the holiday so I wasn't concerned. I gave it a week and called her again and got her voice mail. I left my name and number and asked her to please call me with an update. This happened a couple more times and I have yet to hear from her. It is obvious that she is refusing to talk to me for some reason. The only possibility that I can think of for this is that she has collected money on our judgment and didn't pay us our share. If that is the case it could be upwards of $100,000 with legal interest if it has been paid off.
