      If I could give zero stars, I would. Please stay away from this business. I purchased two outfits in November 2024 and only received one an entire 8 weeks later. I contacted the owner and she gave several excuses. The entire process was diabolical as she gave me a sad story about being hospitalized. I asked for a refund and she said she would, after I returned the One set that was sent. Needlesss to say, after I spent money to return the item, I NEVER received my refund! She is a total ***** and VERY unprofessional.

      Used to be a reputable online dealer. Now she is selling products from ***** on her site for an exorbitant amount. BUYER BEWARE or at least do a ****** image search.....

      I wish to file a formal complaint against mysexystyles.com for their unacceptable business practices. If I could give 0 stars I would. I recently purchased an outfit from them, which arrived in a shocking state: it was clearly used, with visible wear and tear, no tags, and a ripped belt. My attempts to resolve this issue were met with appalling customer service.Upon contacting the company, I was treated with utter disrespect. They refused to send a replacement, citing stock issues, and also denied my request for a refund. It is a complete scam. This experience has been extremely distressing. The company not only failed to provide a product of acceptable quality but also showed a complete disregard for customer satisfaction and basic business ethics. I strongly recommend that consumers avoid purchasing from My Sexy Styles, as it appears they engage in deceptive and corrupt practices.

      I purchased an outfit from this place and received it damaged, no tags, belt ripped and it looked used. I contacted the seller and got the worst customer service ever. All I wanted was for them to send me a new piece but was told they were out of stock, so I requested a refund and that didnt happen. They want it me to return the merchandise and paid $10.00 for a return label. When on the phone with them they were rude and disrespectful. They haven't been able to help me. Never buy from here unless you want to pay high prices for poor quality clothing and get the worst customer service ever.
