      Hello,I am writing about SmartADV affiliate network for failure to pay me as an affiliate.As an affiliate of their network, I am to promote one of the many network of products that are provided by them. Everytime an action is made by someone I am promoting to (provide an email, phone number, credit card number, or purchase a product), they are supposed to compensate me via commissions. Amount varies depending on the action required and the product.I started promoting their products February 15, 2022 and at the end of the month, was owed $170USD.Thinking I would get paid the following month, March, I didn't because there is a minimum threshold of $250USD. When asked when I would get paid, nothing was mentioned about a 30 day wait.Fast forward to the end of March, I got a total of 8 sales earning me $935USD for the month of March.This, including February, earned me a grand total of $1,105USD. (Please see attached)Of course, I was super excited. A very minuscule percent of people who try affiliate marketing make their first dollar online, let alone a thousand.I asked when I get paid and this is when things started getting sketchy.Mostly every affiliate signed on to affiliate networks are assigned an affiliate manager to help affiliates succeed, answer questions, etc.On April 1, after telling me he was going to check about my payment at 12:25pm, I didn't hear back from him until 7.5 hrs later at 7:55pm, only after messaging him. This pattern continues. (Please see attached)Not until April 3 did I find out I have to wait ANOTHER 30 days to get paid. (Other affiliate networks pay their affiliates directly on the following month)Ok, so I waited.May 2, after an entire day, I still was not paid.A 7 hr wait from my initial message until response.May 3 to May 4, it took 30 hrs for him to tell me I filled out something wrong.Didn't hear back from him until May 6.After a failed attempt to pay me, 77+ hrs, still no response. (Please see attached)
