    Great/excellent service and communication. I had researched wind mitigation companies online through BBB and Better Home Inspections (Robert Young) came up. I contacted them through BBB and immediately I received a very reasonable quote, I say reasonable because I had asked roofing company and insurance company and the quote was far above what Mr Young had quoted. He emailed and followed up with phone call for an inspection date. He told us what to expect from him and what he needed for us to do. Right on time and very methodical, he knows his business and what was required by insurance company. I highly recommend him and his company.

    Robert was on time and extremely knowledgeable! He left no stone unturned during his inspection. He was also very mindful of the property, even switching to clean shoes before going inside! After the inspection, I received an in-depth report detailing all of his findings. Based on the results of his report, the seller of the property gave me a large credit for a replacement of an electrical panel. Always get a home inspected before a purchase, and if you live in South Florida, go with Robert. You’ll be happy you did.

    We had Robert come to our home to perform a wind mitigation inspection for our home owners insurance. Robert was on time, prepared, professional, kind, friendly, respectful, knowledgeable and extremely thorough. He took the time to explain some of the aspects of his inspection, as I asked about the requirements of the wind mitigation inspection. We will certainly have him return to perform other inspections of his qualification.
