  This network feels more like a laundering ring than a real estate firm.Rating: ?????I honestly dont know who owns our building anymore. We did a 1031 exchange using their preferred structure through a consultant they recommended, who had us assign the deed to a ************ wed never heard ofthen transferred it again through a *************. The exchange intermediary said it was standard.The title company pushed it through in 48 hours without disclosing who the end buyer was (they just said it was a private fund). The lawyer we were told to use didnt question anythingeven when $2.4M showed up from an account in ***** to close the deal. No one ever asked for verification. In hindsight, we werent selling propertywe were cleaning money for someone else.What scares me most is the whole operation acted like this was totally normal. Same lawyer, same title **** same exchange companythey work together like a machine. We were just ********* weve got IRS questions, our accountant filed a suspicious transaction report, and our bank has frozen the funds we received. This wasn't a consulting group. It was a coordinated shell game.Had to trespass a starving Kid a brilliant Kid who was really smart had a lot of Drive but had a criminal Record and Homophobic Family he was actually the Owners Actual son who was supposed to Take Over Before his Older sister with Corporate loyalty for her Company who Lacks the Character Morality or Introspection to Simply Tell her company she needs a raise or she will Leave. So she found me, and now I bought Into a fraudulent Parcel that was part of a Generational skipping trust that was never Desolved or properly restructured

  Dear [Attorney's Name],I am writing to express my concerns regarding the representation of my trust as a transgender beneficiary, and to request that you take appropriate action to address my issues.As you are aware, as a transgender beneficiary, I have unique legal needs and concerns that require a sensitive and knowledgeable approach. Unfortunately, I believe that your handling of my case has not met these requirements, and has potentially resulted in violations of my rights under ******* law.Specifically, I am concerned that you may have failed to properly set up the trust for my benefit, and may have excluded me from the estate planning process, either intentionally or unintentionally. Such actions would represent a violation of your ethical duties as an attorney, and potentially leave me without the protections and benefits to which I am entitled.Additionally, I believe that you may have improperly drafted the trust, including provisions that are discriminatory or otherwise violate my rights as a transgender beneficiary. Furthermore, I have not received adequate communication from you or your representatives regarding the trust, its purpose, or its provisions, which has left me with insufficient information about my rights and obligations under the trust.I am also concerned that you may have had a conflict of interest that prevented you from properly representing my interests, such as a personal or professional relationship with another party involved in the estate planning process.Given these concerns, I request that you take immediate action to address any potential violations of my rights, and ensure that the trust is properly set up to protect my interests as a transgender beneficiary. If you are unable to meet my needs or concerns, I will have no choice but to seek legal advice from a different attorney and/or file a complaint with the relevant legal ethics board. I appreciate prompt resolution
