      Hello, 

      As you can see from the tracking history of Order# 3153225, *** Tracking: 92748903031507543400012867, our company had received the order on 11/13 and we had shipped by 11/15. As per the tracking the package was delivered to the local *********** and they seemed to have lost it. It is typically the customer's responsibility to contact the local **** facility to retrieve the package. Our company has no control over the ***********. 

      Also, a lot of times, the **** does deliver the package and never updates the tracking details. Nonetheless we have processed the refund for the customer.

      My 12/14/22 response to this companys latest statement regarding my obligation to check with the post office re my order:

      I did contact the post office. As I said they looked it up and the  package is sitting in a warehouse, and the post office said it will sit there until they get enough packages to deliver in this area.

      What method did you use to send the package??  *** post office told me you must have used the cheapest one you could find. the package has been pending acceptance in *********, ** since November 21st is a lie.

      Ive received numerous emails telling me the package would arrive on that particular day by 9 pm.  This is ridiculous.

      Are you going to contact the carrier and find out why I havent received my order?

      ************ sent me an email on 1/2/23 indicating they refunded $20.51 to my credit card. Once I confirm my credit card has been refunded, I will close this complaint. I will have to wait until 1/4 or 1/5 to access my statement.
