  Total waste of time! They came out to give me a quote for painting the facia boards as one quote and painting The entire house as a second quote. The next day we called them looking for their quote and they said they would have it back to us in one hour. 10 minutes later they called and said we cannot do the painting of your house because you have a metal roof. I called them back and said why dont you just give me a quote for doing the facia boards on the single story of the home and Ill have somebody else do the second story. They said no sorry we do not want to do that. we are not interested in doing This job. He recommended I call ******************************* and look for a painter. I said I called you and you have been a painter since 1988. He said sorry and that was all. Its like calling a bakery to get a car repaired what a waste of time. I think they were not interested because their flyer offered an extremely low price and when they got here, they didnt think they could make as much as they were hoping for.   We understand your disappointment and apologize for not considering that we actually wasted your time with our decision to decline painting your two-story house with a new metal roof complete or partially. With all due respect, this is an unfair review. Beyond all your assumptions regarding the reasons for not honoring our marketing advertisement, you failed to mention the most important reason and main concern that was the Safety of our painters and the potential risk of damaging your property. Our advice to use a handyman to paint the lower level of your home and to consider a company with the proper equipment to paint the house should have paid for the time you shared with a professional painter during a visit to your house.

  Prime painting *** has a marketing strategy that is a bit untrue.Their marketing strategy is that you pay $1,998.00 for a single family home; yet when they go to Inspect your house, they add hidden costs that would bring they price up by additional $800.00 They added to my quote: $128.00 to upgrade the paint, $200.00 for changing color, $200.00 extra to paint the bands around the house, $100.00 for time covering the porch, etc, etc I ended up with a quote of $2,726.00.Be aware and prepare to pay a lot more than the $1,998.00 they advertise for.I was very disappointed with this company. Needless to say I will have my house painted by someone else that dont use the marketing team gimmick to get you to call them.

The trustful and responsible way to quote this service is to first, invite you to call us by sending directly to your mailbox an envelope with a flier with a price that reflects the minimum amount that you would pay for the total exterior square footage of your property, information that is available through the County Property appraisal office. As you willingly call our office and set up an appointment, we send a professional estimator to evaluate the house for the first time. we will look for features around the house that could take extra time (Like painting by hand the stucco area inside the accordion shutters, covering the screen enclosure areas) or areas that are not reflected on the home property appraisal or that can take more paint (materials) and the general conditions of the surfaces to be painted in order to accomplish and guarantee the best job possible. These extras are offered to you as Options a paint upgrade and suggest to manage change of colors the most affordable way, but it is ultimately your decision to add this cost to the final quote. Also to make a small clarification the amount increased on your quote was $728 and not $800 as you posted.
