      Great Job!! Quick, Clean and very professional. The Guys explained every step and showed me just how dirty vents were. I have put it down on calendar to set up my Dryer Vent Cleaning for next year.

      They have yet to be out next week but I chose Clean Air Duct Cleaning because of the BBB rating versus other companies and I ran background on the owner, who is clean versus other companies ownership. I run background on anyone entering my home beforehand. ALso have those attic/ceiling foil vent runs and am afraid of air hose punctures causing me to lay out 5K to replace....reason I have never had the vents cleaned prior...will update...

      I'd rate 0 if possible. On Tuesday I contacted this business via Google chat about duct cleaning. We have a house that has a system not used in years and we were getting a new AC installed Wednesday morning and needed ducts cleaned that afternoon. I stated there were 9 vents in ceiling, 2 floor and 1 return. He quoted $360. Mentioned sanitizer for $150. Never asked any questions about anything else. When the techs arrived JJ immediately said the house smelled of smoke. We can't clean the ducts for the stated price. We had 2 options. Pay $150 fir sanitizer and they'd come back in 2 days to clean. Pay $300 extra and they'd do them now. They claim they can use the filter afterwards. I talked to my wife who stated that we need them done today with the new system. We had no choice but to agree. This didn't sit right with me and felt like a bait and switch deal. I messaged Hudson ... another company and asked about an extra charge fir smoked in homes. They stated there was no extra charge. Both companies use negative cleaners. I feel scammed by Clean Air Duct Ckeaning of Spring Hill. FL. The owner should ask every potential customer about smoke knowing there's an additional $300 charge. He blames me fir not volunteering the information. Like I know his business and what it can do. He mentioned sanitizer for $150 but failed to mention smoking for an upcharge of $300. Very poor business practice. Wait until you're at the home and then surprise the customer with this extra charge or they don't get their ducts cleaned.

      We performed the work for him this past Wednesday and I received a message on ****** from him requesting a refund or he was going to leave bad reviews online for us claiming we are a bait and switch company. I tried to reason with him explain your process which was thoroughly carried out in which we provide an estimate over the phone based on the information provided by the customer at the time of scheduling the appointment. Once we arrive we introduce ourselves and explain that we are going to count the vents and do a walk around to identify if there are any other issues that were not identified during the initial request to ensure the price quoted is accurate and ensure they approve the work before we begin any type of cleaning. We identified that there was heavy cigarette smoke smells and stains, in this case we give 3 options: we can sanitize for an additional $150 then schedule to come back after the sanitizer has had enough time to kill the contaminants and we could then clean the ducts, we could clean them same day but we cannot use the hepa filter in our machine after cleaning that and for that reason we charge a $300 fee to replace the filter(this filter costs me $425 plus shipping), or obviously if they dont want those two options they can cancel the appointment no harm no foul. This customer after speaking to his wife decided to authorize the work be performed same day and agreed to the fee for the filter as he was in a rush to get it done. We had him sign to approve the price and work and provided the service as agreed. Now this man continues to harass us because he called some other company who is not a licensed contractor  to clean ductwork in the same process that we use, they simply sanitize and vacuum the registered as they are not licensed to connect anything to the system. This company tells him that they only charge $200 and they offer the same service we do and they dont have a fee for that so this customer wants us to refund him because of another company that doesnt use the process would do 1/3 of the work for cheaper. I have uploaded a video to ****** drive to show this customer info and their signature to authorize the work.

      This version is a complete lie. I have everything in writing. For example, the other company is licensed and insured in this area. I never said they charge $200. I said they don't charge anything extra because of smoking. The company representative NEVER asked about smoking or anything that will change their price. I NEVER asked for a complete refund. I asked for that extra charge to be dropped. That is bait and switch. We needed this done that day as we just had a new AC installed. They knew that we were in a time line because of this.Bottom line is my review us totally justified and on point.

      Professional and legitimate company. Pricing was reasonable and they take credit cards without the 3% up charge that shady companies do. Th two guys completed the job with one in laundry room and the other on roof to thoroughly clear the vent. They took photos. They were friendly and respectful. Highly recommend.

      The two young men (I don't remember their names) called ahead of time to let me know when they were coming. They arrived on time and proceeded to explain the process to me. They started work right away, answered my questions as we went along. Showed me all the lint they got out of the dryer vent, cleaned up. They are a credit to their company friendly and professional. The office was also very professional and helpful when I was technically challenged trying to read the electronic invoice.
