  Horrible justt horrible bad communication I work overnight. It was my birthday. It was a last-minute double tent set up and it was a pop-up tent and he told me that he would do it for me. I missed the call so they went to *********, but he told me that I was gonna be the fifth stop, he said because she didnt answer the door I wouldnt come back that wouldve been understandable, but he lied and stole. My deposit told me he was on the way never answered the phone. I called him numerous times. He never picked up. Im happy I didnt pay thats why I didnt put a $75 deposit down , never received never received any type phone correspondence or email just constant lies. I ended up not setting up my birthday table because he said he would be here between five and six I called. He never answered the phone. He told him he was going to personally deliver both tents. It wasnt like I tried to persuade him because business is business if he couldnt come back, that would be fine, but he assured me that he would be able to do it he only returned my call once I informed him that I will write a review about the services that I received. He said he would give me partial of the deposit back even though I missed phone call once they came to deliver and I called him. He assured me it was fine, but he would be back his self to do the set up because it was just pop-up tents. I never asked him to make sure he gets back to me because I know I missed the phone call so I wouldve just improvised and did what I needed to do because I thought it was gonna rain that day and it didnt even rain, but I didnt decorate my tables because I didnt know which way he was gonna do the set up, and then when he called back, he had the nerve to have an attitude and dont care about my birthday and I understand that I didnt ask you. You told me you were coming back. I never asked you to come back. You said you were gonna come back and do the set up just horrible. I will never use them again ever.
