    On 11/25/22, I placed an order with Sticky Wall Vinyl for one basketball decal. The order number is ****. I was charged $35.96. I have made multiple attempts to call the phone numbers I can find for the company*******************-591-1383). Emails were sent to the customer service email on 12/16/22 and 12/19/22, with no response. I also attempted ******** messaging on 12/19/22. The website offers a chat feature, but my multiple attempts at chatting were unanswered. As of today, 12/20/22, I still have not received the order. It was ordered for a Christmas gift.

    I'm very sorry to hear about your experience. Unfortunately, we did not receive any of the communications that you stated here.  Looking into order #****, the payment for this order was never completed so the order has been on hold. For this particular order, shop pay was used so I can't say exactly what the issue is since we never have your actual payment information... Shopify is the only one that has your information. We also can't make any refunds since we have not collected the payment. I will be happy to contact Shopify on your behalf and ask them to refund any money that has been taken if that is the case. Thank you for bringing this to our attention and we hope that you have a great holiday.
