    This dealership intentionally lied to me about the condition of the vehicle I bought in October 2024. It was a used title with 22 miles on it and the salesman alleged that the owner of the vehicle did not want an EV and got rid of it. It turns out that this vehicle was actually bought at an auction and it was deemed a total loss by the manufacturer. These are facts that would’ve prevented me from buying the vehicle in the first place. The general manager, Raymond S**** proceeded to play phone tag with me and refuse to give any solution which I was open to, including giving me the balance of the value loss of the vehicle because now it has a voided warranty, or having the dealership by the vehicle back. Instead, I was ignored by Mr. Souza, and have since found out that the dealership has been in the business of doing this to other customers for a while. Unfortunately, for them, I’m well averse and I’ll make sure I’m the last person they do this to.

    Like others it appears I had issues with the dealership and I still think they are comitting fraud with the extended warranty company. We still have an ongoing investigation. I would personally stay away from this dealer if I was you.

    I purchased a vehicle from *****'s Mitsubishi (affiliated with True Car) and would discourage anyone from doing the same. They are unprofessional and non-responsive after the sale. Each person I spoke with gavethe impression of prioritizing the buyer.After the sale, nothing but excuses for why the things promised remained undone.Obi was responsive until after the sale. Then reaching him became difficult. When I did get him, he led with how busy he was and seemed bothered by my questions. I had a conversation with *************************(former General Manager) **, and he provided assurances my concerns would be addressed. Thenext time I called he was no longer employedat Jacobs Mitsubishi. Thedealership is poorly managed from the ** to the salesperson. Their customer service is egregious at best. I was promised callbacks from ***** (manager), ***** (manager), & Obi. To a person, they don't do as they say. The detail that was promised was not done. When the vehicle was delivered, it was filthy inside. It had spills on the seats and stains on the lining. The door latch was faulty, it would unlock while driving. Consequentially, I couldn't alarm the car when parked. I contactedSandy about the issue, she said she'd raise my concerns with ****** (another manager) and call me back to share what, if anything Jacob'sMitsubishi would do. (No follow-up) I replaced the locking mechanism necessary to alarm the car. I replaced two worn front tires and paid to have the vehicle detailed. To recap, I replaced the faulty door latch, replaced two tires, and had the vehicle detailed, which totaled more than $2,600. No one has called to follow up, inquire, or offer assistance. *** lamented receiving poor reviews and didn't understand why. Perhaps this review will be illuminating. One star is given because it was required to leave the review.

    This is the worst customer experience I have ever endured in my life. This company is nothing but your typical car-salesman experience but with FAR LESS quality communication.From the continual constant-contact required by THE CUSTOMER in order to move any sort of buying process along, continual handoffs, intentional delays and attempts to get you in the door all made this process anything but hasslefree. Their slogans on the website are copy and paste but have no real meaning in person of making your time feel valued, car shopping made easy, and are a FAR cry from exceptional customer service. Additionally, Ive been dealing with warranty concerns for my vehicle since bringing it home.I have been transferred to dead lines 10 times over the course of my experience, and the ** is literally unreachable. They advertise a Talk to the ** as if an email goes to his personal inbox but this goes unmonitored. Additionally, every time Ive attempted to be transferred to speak with him Oh, hes at the other location today. So Ive call the other location and hear Hes usually only at the other location, he doesnt come here very often. So employees (and managers alike) handoff the responsibility, hoping none of it will befall them personally, as the customer will just give up.I will continue to post my experience on any platform that has a chance of reaching potential customer base so they are warded away by shady practices in play, including ALTERING THE FINAL PRICE OF A VEHICLE AFTER YOUVE AGREED AND HOPING YOU SIGN THE FINAL PAPER TOO QUICKLY IN THEIR FINANCE OFFICE.To recap: cold handoffs, poorly trained sales-***** ********** valuations for trade-in, zero respect for customers time, no continuity of care (or assumption of responsibility), absent **, finish-line price gouging. Dont shop here, take your chances with l.i.t.t.e.r.a.l.l.y. ANY OTHER DEALERSHIP. Being forced to even leave the minimum one-star review here is too gracious of a gesture.

    They sold my grandchild a $30k vehicle with a hole in the gas tank. It is a miracle she did not explode! And they sold the car that was traded in without 1st obtaining a release from the person who was listed on the title! And lied about it! Then they kept the new car for weeks "repairing" it! I would not trust them to certify a go kart and I strongly suspect their ethics are not what they should be! I would not recommend buying a vehicle or having one serviced there!
