    We paid $1500 to Wesley Chapel Pressure Cleaning LLC, owner ***************************** to pressure wash back patio and pool deck, backyard fence and front driveway/porch in addition to sealing driveway pavers. The day after the job was done, we noticed deep scratches on the travertine tile in the backyard. After he pressure cleaned the tile, he or his worker dragged the heavy patio furniture back onto the tile which left deep scratches. I texted **** the pictures along with pictures an explanation. He responded he would try to think of what he could do and get back to me but never did. A week went by and I tried to reach out again, with no response from ****. I noticed that the sand he spread onto the front pavers were not done evenly and looked worse after it rained as though it wasnt sealed at all. So I reached out and sent additional pictures of this poorly done job and again no response. We told him if we did not hear back from him to resolve the issues, we would be writing bad reviews on ******* Yelp and possibly file a suit in small claims court. Again no response from ****. His website guarantees 100% satisfaction. We either would like our money back so we can pay someone else to do the job correctly or have **** come and fix the issues himself. At this point however, we do not have faith he will do a good job in repairing and fixing the issues.
