    We went under contract May 11, 2023. I had issues with communication from the get go but continued to give them chances. The last straw was when **** came to my house personally and told me what he was personally going to come finish(because after closer inspection so much was wrong). He was going to finish painting the chair rail which was not painted around the whole lanai. Rescreen the whole top of the cage because his employee painted the frame after it was rescreened and you can see where he held a piece of cardboard to block over spray but that did not work. Our screen looks like c*** The top part of the outside is not painted. He was going to replace the door spleen and add metal fixtures in 2 corners that had openings to the outside and add a door track to the bottom. This was supposed to be done July 29-august 6. He told me it would look like new when we got home from vacation. Well when we got home the only thing done was the door track at the bottom. I called him and found out he personally didn't come and do the work he had someone send pics to him and told him everything was done. It was not. He never came to check on it or make sure what he said was going to be was completed. He told me he was going to be at my house the next Saturday and never showed up. I have text messages to back up my claim and pictures to show what is not completed. I am hoping to get help because we paid them a lot of money and our lanai looks awful. I have tried to handle this amicably but he tells stories and ghosts us.
