    I was skeptical at first when calling Save Hear. Usually when dealing with hearing aids that are not local you get cheap hearing aids that have back ground noise and they do not last long . But I was totally wrong . The hearing aids I received are top quality hearing aids, actually the best hearing aids I ever had. Also the customer support you receive is second to none. Brandon is very dedicated to his customers. He will make sure you are very satisfied with every detail of your experience with the hearing aids. Brandon is very knowledgeable and exceptionally patient with his customers. Thank you Save Hear and Brandon!

    Very hesitant to order online, but a great experience. They cam quickly, had everything included to get started, and Brandon followed up to ensure any adjustments were done.

    Amazing! I worked with them to get my mom set up with hearing aids...I was tired of yelling to talk with her :) She was skeptical about using an online company instead of a brick and mortar, "what if I need to actually speak to someone?" I will tell you, we got more assistance and hand holding, and always from the same person, then we would ever get in person. Fast responses, direct calls (no switchboard), multiple follow up calls to really make sure everything was going well for her. She has had them a few months and they still call to check in and see if any adjustments need to be made, which by the way those are done via the phone - so she is never without her hearing aids. Best choice out there!

    When buying a product most sellers try to show their best side because they want the sale. What is most telling is when for one reason or another things go side ways after the sale. This is when you find out the true nature of who you bought from. This was what Brandon and Savehear had to deal with after the sale. The details are not important what's important was the endless time and energy that was spent making things right and making sure I was a "happy camper." I am that and then some. I am 82 years old and have never had a better over all buying experience. "Full Stop" When I first used the on line app for a minor adjustment Brandon was there again taking care of my needs with friendly and effective dispatch. Guess the only thing Brandon doesn't do is make the aids ! Seriously he is all in when it comes to taking care of his customers. For the record I ended up with a set of Phonak 7 series non rechargeable aids. I am very pleased so far and confident it a problem should present its self SaveHeear and Brandon will be there for me because they have shown their commitment to my total satisfaction all ready.

    I received a great deal on my Phonak hearing aids. Brandon was easily available before and after the sale. This is my second pair, and I can't say this about my first experience, and they were local. Highly recommend to others.
