    I made it abundantly clear that I was purchasing a washer for a small business when I initially made a purchase (I saw one online I liked). I needed a washer to wash hand towels for my job. The sales person referred me to a different 'scratch and dent' washer instead of the one I found online. However, it was NOT disclosed it was a used washer. I was told specifically it was a 'scratch and dent'. The washer worked for a month, but then the spin cycle stopped working and didn't drain properly. The sales person who took the call said the owner and the sales person would get back to me after the complaint. He also told me that it's possible the washer broke down after 'heavy loads' (literally impossible. We only wash a small load of towels at a time). Then he proceeded to make more excuses not to help. I called back 2 days later (after not getting the promised phone calls back) only to be told more excuses and that there's 'no warranty'. They willingly sell other small businesses garbage products. They even complained about bad reviews after the phone call (too bad, don't sell garbage and lie about conversations we had).This review wouldn't have had to happen if they only helped out and did as promised.Remember, I made it specifically clear it was for a business. The sales person only asked for the name of the person picking it up (me). Don't allow them to lie to you.

    You NEVER told us it was for a business, that's why your invoice is in YOUR personal name not the business.  Also, we NEVER sold you a used washer and told you it was a ********************* The price tag clearly says it was used, the sales invoice clearly says used as well.  You are the one that is lying!  We were trying to help you until you started cussing at the store manager.  All of our phone conversations are recorded.  Next time you purchase something be up front and honest and you will get the same in return.  We have been in business for over 55 years with 1000's of 5 star reviews.  We treat our customers FAIRLY.

    ****** ********* helped get my mom's icemaker replaced when the warranty company I paid blew her off. He was **** helpful and had it replaced in less than 24 hours. I was losing faith in this store and the service level but I will go back because of him!

    Worse place Ive ever an appliance from. Very nice to me when I went in to buy a washer. One of the delivery guys broke a water pipe behind the wall and covered it. Next morning when I went to do laundry, my garage floor was flooded with water from the broken pipe. Went I back to the the store to let them know they were not nice to me anymore, hold and behold the delivery guy took pictures showing that when they left my house everything was fine. It cost me $200.00 to fix what they broke. Very disappointed

    I'm sorry you had this issue.  We showed you the pics after we installed your washer and there were no leaks whatsoever.  This is why we take pictures of everything.  To prove we didn't do anything.  The picture also shows that you previously fixed a leak under the water outlet.  I'm sorry, but you can't blame us for something that we clearly did not do.  Our pictures prove this.

    3 different purchases over 7 years. ALWAYS treated very well by everyone. No pressure to spend more, very friendly staff. Harold, the salesman was very helpful and allowed me to browse freely for as long as I needed. I was able to get delivery the VERY NEXT DAY!!! The delivery team, Doug and Mike were great! Very careful, helpful, knowledgeable. They even explained the features of my refrigerator. I definitely recommend doing business with Topline!!
