    The owner of the business came to our home and informed us that he could install a full lanai for $24,000 dollars and that it would be installed before February 14, 2023, he insisted that we would need to put $10,000 as a deposit, which we gave him a cheque for and he cashed the next day. AB rescreening then came back to our home the next week and took down the remaining lanai that was standing and put up half a gutter and said they would be back in a couple weeks to finish the job. When they didnt show up we began to call the company and leave messages to find out the status and never received any return calls to inform us if there was a delay or problem. We have been leaving messages every other day for the last two weeks to get a response and have not heard back from AB Rescreening. We are at a loss as what to do next
