    On November 5, 2023, I delivered some household items, food, toiletries, clothing and shoes to ********************* the manager of Sea2See shipping at *************************************************************************************. Both of ** packed all the items in a carton box which was to be shipped to ***********, *******. The box was to be delivered to my mother *****************. She assured me that it would take two weeks to get there. The end of November I called her to inquire about my stuff and she says she has in idea when my mom would receive the box. I have been calling her until this day and she hasnt been answering her phone or returning my calls.

    October 24,2022, household articles and appliances were picked up from residence for shipping to ******* in November, 2022. I was informed by *********************( proprietor) that my goods would be in ******* for November 2022. *************** informed me that the container was not stripped. She told me that it would be ready by mid December 2022. My family and I flew to ******* again. We did not receive any appliances/ household items. I am still awaiting to receive same. Several efforts and attempts have been made to obtain my times or locate them but this have been futile.

    As it stands, the portion of goods that you are concerned about is currently in ******* awaiting clearance from the wharf. Please see attached documents for confirmation. Yes, we understand that length of time since this container with the second half of your goods is of concern to you. We are currently experiencing some delays, but working hard to get final resolution within the coming week of April *****th, 2023.
