    This company is very scammy and hiding behind DBAs and faulty store locations. We had issues ordering with them right away. They are not transparent with what's in stock and processing/shipping times. Unprofessional employees that refuse to fix an issue caused by them. Its not our fault an item is out of stock and one lets us know until 3 days later, especially when our business needs the equipment in a certain time frame. We still have not received a refund.

    Dear BBB Representative,

     

    Thank you for allowing us the opportunity to address the concerns raised by Mr. **** regarding his recent order with our company. We take all customer feedback seriously and strive to ensure a satisfactory resolution for every issue.

    Upon reviewing Mr. ****** order and the sequence of events, we have determined the following:

    1) Order and ****************** placed an order on our website and qualified for free standard ground shipping due to the order amount exceeding $150. Unfortunately, due to the high volume of orders during our busiest season, there was a slight delay, and the shipment took an extra day to process.

    2) Communication and Refund: We acknowledge that there was a delay in informing Mr. **** about the out-of-stock item, as we were told by our vendor our shipment was expected to arrive on time but, in fact, was also delayed. Once Mr. **** reached out, we communicated promptly and assured him that his order was going out with our daily parcel pick-up. He requested that his items be pulled from our shipment center and be cancelled and refunded. The refund was indeed processed on the same day as our conversation with Mr. ***** and a confirmation email was sent to him. We informed Mr. **** that the refund would take approximately 3-5 business days to reflect in his account, which is standard banking procedure.

     

    Resolution Offer:

    We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience Mr. **** experienced due to the extra day shipping delay, as it did not align with his current needs. To address this issue, we have already processed a full refund, which should reach Mr. ****** account within the stated timeframe. We value Mr. ****** business, as he has ordered from us in the past **************************************************** an efficient and timely manner. These are the results we always strive for and are committed to providing a better experience, if given the chance, in the future.

    This order was placed over 4 months ago. It was shipped to our old address but returned to Spraywell as documented by the ***** Every time we call, we get the run around. They supposedly filed a claim with the **** in April but the last time we spoke with them, they told us they were going to file. ***** is the we have "dealt" with primarily. She just says things to get us off the phone. We have at least called them 20+ times. They will not put us through to their supervisor. This company is a sorry excuse for a business!     Paid them for a part to a graco texture machine that was listed for sale on their website. After two weeks of no delivery, I contacted them to get a status. They said they didnt have it in stock and would need to reorder. I've waited and still no shipment. *** asked for a refund due to the delay and now they are saying it was delivered. I have checked with neighbors and postman and no such delivery has been made.

    The site posted originally that this system specifically came with a gx160 engine when I purchased it and when I received it was a totally different size engine! I didnt ask for scrapped up parts just so the company could make a sale! I ordered a specific set up for the engines compression ratio and the gx200 doesnt meet my pumps standards. Im very unhappy with the shipment I received, $2300 isnt a loss I want to take.

    Hello,

         When you first reached out to us with your concern we immediately offered an option to return the unit to us but you chose not to accept that option and instead requested we send you a second ***** engine which unfortunately wasn't an option. 

      The item you ordered the "AR45LFP Soft Wash & Pesticide Sprayer, 290 psi, **** GPM" did originally come equipped with a ***** GX160, due to ***** engine shortages and extremely long lead times the units were upgraded to a ***** GX200 engine which is an upgraded and more powerful version of the GX160.   Although the engine was upgraded on this unit, the engine/pump combo will not perform any different than the original engine offered. We do understand that this may have cause confusion but we did not "scrap together" an engine but instead the unit was upgraded to more powerful engine completely free of charge.
