    I hired ***** ******* from the Oxun pool llc Company to service the pool every month and we agreed that I would pay him $110 for the month every 15th of each month because he started on October 14, 2024 and I discovered that he did not clean the filter, he did not put in all the chemicals, he left the pool with dirt at the bottom and the pool looked like it was getting damaged more and more I spoke to him and he stopped cleaning the pool because he wanted me to pay him on January 1, 2025 and my payment is on the 15th of each month, my next payment was January 15, 2025 because he started on October 14, 2024. My claim with this claim is that he return my money $440 in full for his poor service for lying to me and demanding that I pay him before agreed upon, that is why I ask for help with you because I spoke to him so that he would not leave the pool uncleaned until he got a new company to start a new service and he cancelled his services without warning and without prior notice even though the month of January was already paid until the 15th and the pool was damaged because he did not put the chemicals that it needed and he abandoned the services even though they were already paid. The only thing I am asking is for him to return $440 to be able to properly repair and stabilize the water in the pool due to his abandonment of the services.
