    I ordered merchandise from this business online. When I followed up, they canceled my order but they did not refund my money.

    The customer's order was promptly canceled and refunded immediately upoin our team noting that the shoe was damaged and not in sellable condition.
    Proof was sent to the customer as soon as this was discovered and we replied to each email she sent. 
    Timeline:
    3/26 Customer placed order 
    3/28 Shipping team determined that item was damaged and could not be shipped 
    3/28 Refund processed and customer notified via email
    3/29 Customer replies to our cancellation email saying she has not recieve a refund, we reply that the refund showing on her card depends on her personal bank timelines, send a screenshot showing the refund was processed on 3/28
    4/2 Customer emails again ragarding refund, we reply showing a more detailed screenshot showing the refund has been processed.
