Would leave a 0 star review if I could! What a sham! So dissapointed in this company. I know there are more than one of these franchises, so want to make sure the blame falls on the correct one. Business License # CAC ******* Office manager's name is ******.Purchased a new AC system from Airworx almost 2 years ago. Have had multiple issues with them since. Started out with the initial install in which they did not install a filter rack so there was no way to change the air filter. This was eventually added but only after repeated complaints and calls. To make it worse, I was told that I should just put a filter in the air return vent in the hallway because it would do the same thing. I am not an HVAC guy so what do I know. Next issue was that when I purchased the unit, I also spoke to the tech about adding the twice a year service visit plan. No one ever came out until 8 months later and that was only after I called to complain. Now they are telling me that I never purchased the plan. Have had thermostat failures which during the visits, the tech acted like he wasn't even sure how to fix it. Now we have had an equipment failure while we were out of town and the flow valves did not turn the unit off when the water in the catch pan got too high. This has resulted in a massive amount of drywall damage, flooring damage, black mold, not to mention everything that was in my back bedroom closet being completely ruined. I called an spoke to ****** the office manager after he left and was less than impressed. All she could say was that this was not their responsibility. The equipment I purchased from them with a 10yr warranty damaged my home and they take zero responsibility. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! RUN THE OTHER WAY! ******'s customer service is a joke and on top of everything they wanted to charge me for the visit today??? Lots of reviews coming on all major review sites and social media. Don;t want anyone to have the same experience I have had.

We installed a new ** system on September 8th, 2020 at ******************** home.
Per the contract that **************** signed we included a 10-year parts warranty through the manufacturer Trane with a 1-year warranty on labor provided by Airworx **.

Airworx  ** includes a time Maintenance visit 6 months or thereabout after the initial installation date.

Preventative maintenance of the ** system is the owner's sole responsibility and is not included in the purchase of a new system outside of the one that is included with the purchase. All systems should have preventive maintenance due to clogged condensation lines along with changing filters along with other items that need to be looked at for proper operation of the system.

We have yearly preventative maintenance plans we offer at a nominal fee. We actually offered that service to **************** on a few occasions.

We had called and left a message on ******************** voice mail offering to sign him up for our maintenance plan on March 12th, 2021 @ 4:28 pm
(We record all our outbound calls with a date time stamp, that's how come I know the exact time). **************** did not call back at that time.
Fast forward a bit to April 2021. We sent a technician out to Mr. ******* property on April 23rd, 2021 for a thermostat not working that he called in. My technician diagnosed that the thermostat needed to be recalibrated, he completed that, and the thermostat was up and running in no time. At that visit he also looked through the unit, made sure all was cooling properly and completed
the 1x free preventative maintenance as we offer.

**************** at that time did not sign up for a yearly maintenance plan that was offered to him by our technician.

August 11th, 2022, 1 year and 11months from installation date we received a call from **************** regarding water leaking. We informed **************** that his drain line was clogged and caused the water leak.
Condensation lines are required to have preventative maintenance, as HV** systems create condensation and need proper drainage to prevent these types of situations.
This system was installed per the current building code requirements and passed a final inspection by the city of Wellington.
