      I signed a contract and gave a deposit but now have an emergency for a family member s medical problem and I cannot afford the project. And they wont refund my $4,500. I am 70 and do not need this aggravation.

      we have informed the customer that we can not refund her deposit because we have already ordered materials and filed for permits , the deposit she has given does not cover our expenses and she was due a 2nd payment per contract         we have offered to put the contract on hold until her situation improves (contract was signed 2/29/24)

      they were hired tp replace a patio enclosure back in 10/7/22 . when the job was finished i told them about tiles coming up inside the enclosure, they said it has nothing to do with there work. now more tiles have come up and I've hired someone to replace them. we found a leak coming from the outside of the enclosure. that should have been repaired or caulked at the very least. ***** the supervisor has committed to doing the repairs several times. no one has shown up to repair and now more tiles are coming up. i have pictures of the damage and he has seen the pictures. he has no concern for his customers, he does not return calls or emails. i have emails and pictures as proof. i also have a copy of the contract. very poor customer service.

      we have gone out each time customer has contacted us (this is a rental so we have to work around the tenants) , patio was destroyed by a tornado so the floor was OPEN to the elements before customer contracted with us to replace the roof and screen walls , the main problem is the customer does not live there and not able to see area of leak so we have to do a process of elimination , a new service has already been scheduled . It states on the back of our contacts : ALL CONTRACTS COME WITH A YEAR OF FREE SERVICE  /   *****************

      I am rejecting this response because:

      work was completed on May 2 2023. so the warranty goes from one year of that date. this is the 3rd call about the leak. please fix it then we will say we are satisfied. if not who will pay for the tile damage. it gets worse every time it rains, . at this point i have but i will not pay after today. Any damage that is caused by you not fixing or no showing me , i will expect reimbursement. By the way i have not spoken to this person, i have dealt with *****. I have written proof of these requests and no answer. like yesterday i sent an email and he did not answer till i called and asked to speak to the manager.

      If your email is not replied to please contact the office for assistance , that is the sure way to get help with any problems , emails are great but sometimes get missed or lost in junk or spam.  Thanks/ *****************

      This was a last resort

       I'm sure you've spoken to ****** So you know the whole story.  I just want to fix my floor and move on. Please  have them fix the leak

       So we can both get back to more important thinggs
