We spoke to the Indemnitor explaining the process. She was very receptive and understanding of how things work and that we were processing the funds back to her. Funds back to be mailed per her request to her. We can not mail out collateral until a case is completely closed and we have the discharge of each bond that was posted. Once we have the bond discharges we have 21 days to process all refunds from there. ************** which was not interested in hearing anything I had to say one many occasions was also informed of the protocol and informed we had been in contact with the indemnitor that was owed the money which was not him as he was the defendant in this case not the indemnitor and we could not give him the money as a refund. This only made ************** more upset while yelling he would make a complaint on behalf of himself and the indemnitor. A check was mailed out a check in the amount that was owed. Check number 2228 dated 1/22/24 and cashed 1/25/24.
Thank you,

I am rejecting this response because: I've never had any type of communication with the business. They simply never respond. My mother is nearly 80 years old. She has poor memory. I assisted her at her request to recover the stolen money. Duplicate payments were sent the business by error. The business never refunded that portion immediately (April 2023). The court case was dropped in August 2023. The business notified several times and failed to refund my mother. I never wanted the funds sent to me because, I didn't make the purchases. The money was sent to my sister and nit my mother. We still didn't receive the proper amount. People like this who take advantage of the elderly. Will not prosper in life. This is the only responce, I have received from the business. They failed to communicate when the BBB was first filed. Which is clearly why, they knew they were cheating my mother.
Sincerely,

I am rejecting this response because: the business failed to issue to correct amount. This business cheated me and never refunded the duplicate paypal payment. I am outraged by this company. Stealing is from the elderly.
