    We could not have been more satisfied with the job *** and his son did of getting massive amounts of blood out of our carpet. We had been told how unlikely it would be to remove the stain completely by other companies so we were very concerned. The wall to wall carpet was only two years old. * and * explained the process completely, and it was a process, which took three return trips. They completely removed the stain. They were punctual and could not have been nicer and more considerate. We reccomend them highly without hesitation, will refer everyone we know to them and use them again and again.
