Your email is clear, but I recommend making it a bit more formal and direct, emphasizing the request for loan cancellation and ensuring the BBB (or any other recipient) understands the failure in education delivery. Heres a revised version:Subject: Formal Complaint: Education Quality ****************** for Loan Cancellation Dear My name is Sephora *****, and I am currently a student at Southeastern College in *******. I am writing to formally express my concerns regarding the inadequate quality of education I am receiving.I am now in the fourth week of a 16-week semester, and I have realized that the school is failing to provide the level of instruction expected. Instead of receiving proper instruction, I am left to teach myself the material, as the lectures are ineffective, and the assignments do not align with the complex questions presented on exams.Concerns:Lack of Effective Instruction: Lectures are not engaging or structured in a way that ensures student understanding.Irrelevant Assignments: The coursework does not adequately prepare students for exam, 98.9 percent of the class fails exam this semester Failure to *************************** Students are not being given the necessary tools or preparation to succeed in their field or class exam Given these circumstances, I formally request loan cancellation for the amount I have been charged. I do not believe I should be financially responsible for an education that is not being properly delivered. I kindly ask for guidance on the next steps in resolving this matter.Thank you for your time and assistance. I look forward to your response.

This college charged me over $5000 for 1 class that I took. I did not take anything else. Theyve charged me for an entire semester when I was only enrolled from July 1-28, 2024. They have since put it on my credit report. They also lied saying they were accredited in which they are not which means the class I did take means nothing. I want this removed from my credit and them flagged for fraud.

I am rejecting this response because:
I was not informed that I would be charged an entire semester for 1 class. I was told by the president that there would be no issues or penalties for withdrawing after 1 class, that she would make sure financial aid knew I was no longer enrolled as to not charge me going forward after 7/28/24. I cannot get into student email to provide proof of email and I did not screenshot or download message as I never thought I would have to.  I should not be charged $5000 for 1 class period. No other college including university charge that much for 1 3 credit hour class anywhere. I should also not have this $5000 put on my credit report as a charge off. I was never even sent a bill. I got notice when my credit alerted me to a negative report imagine my shock and appalled at the amount and the claim on my credit.
I only took 1 class from 7/1-7/28/24 online and nothing further. I withdrew 7/30/24.
I have since tried to transfer that 1 credit to central ******** technical college and ********************* and neither school will accept it because they both stated the college is NOT accredited; therefore, the credit would not be accepted. Why would anyone want to take and pay for classes that will never be able to be used anywhere else?  I am lucky I did withdraw before getting further down a rabbit hole.
I want this taken off my credit report and I do not want any more further issues from this fraudulent school as they are still trying to contact me to start classes again to point I had to tell the lady to leave me alone and type stop to finally stop the harassment. This school has caused me nothing but anxiety, anger, and detrimental to my credit and mental health. I want this gone and my credit fixed asap and I will never ever go back nor try to go back here again.
    Sincerely,

    ******** ****

I am rejecting this response because:

I never received any refunds nor did I use any money other than what I paid for myself to get started. I do not want to meet with anyone from this school nor do I want to ever be contacted again. I simple want this bogus $5000.00 youre claiming youre owed (which you are not) taken off my credit. I was only in 1 class online from 71-7/28 that is not $5000 worth of education and I will not be paying it. Fix my credit and erase this bogus chareoff and this will settle the dispute. Until that is done this dispute will continue.

    Sincerely,

I am rejecting this response because:

I will not be meeting with anyone. I want it simply removed from credit and no further dealings. I never agreed to pay 5k for 1 class and my disability doesnt afford me to pay such outrageous expense. I am with another college and just want my credit cleared and this out behind me.
