    In the Fall of 2023, I thought I would receive a trial subscription for $1 to read a book or watch a TV show; I provided credit card information. I cancelled the subscription as soon as I noticed I was charged $1 and then $39.99. Then, early July of 2024, I was charged $39.99 and am certain that I did not attempt to go to the website (there isn't one) or make a purchase online. I cannot find any information on this "company", besides the name on my credit card bill "writings.com" is NOT legit and is taking advantage of consumers,

    Was charged $1 at first on a date that I cant see now because that charge no longer appears on my statement. A few days later on the 27th of April 2024 I was charged $39.99 without my permission. They said I signed up for their services but thats a lie. And even after I was charged I was never given a confirmation email stating my new membership had begun or a confirmation about my $39.99 charge.i have never received any emails from this company. They say they are cancelling my subscription but ******************************************************************************* the option to remove it. Straight fraudulent scammer activity I need my $39.99 back from these lowlifes

    On 4/14 and 5/14 my bank account shows a charge from BOOXTOP.COM for $39.99 and I did not purchase anything from BOOXTOP.COM that would authorize this transaction. I need to be refunded and taken off any customer list to prevent further charges.

    I seen on my bank statement that I had a charge taken from them, which I had no idea who they were or what they were about, so I looked their site up on the internet and found they are a book store or something along those lines, so I contacted them and they said I had a subscription with them which I never did and told them and told them I wanted to cancel it and was told I would get my money refunded. I still haven't gotten any of it back yet and on their site it says it would only take 3-7 days to be processed and the money back in my account which is now day 9 and so I contacted them a few times more about this and asked how they even got my information bc I never heard of them before and they said it was a 1 day trial I signed up for on a totally different company which cost me $1.00 and that was how they got my information they say but when I looked at my bank statement again I seen that I had no $1.00 withdraws taken from any site or from anyone so I contacted them again and was told it takes 30 days for my refund to be returned so I notified them that on their website it only takes 3 to 7 days and was still told it would take 30 days. I don't know if this is a scam but I never heard of them before, and don't know how they got my information and how they took money out of my bank without me authorizing it. can you please check in to this for me and see if it's a legit company or if it's a scam. I know $39.99 isn't much money but it is to someone who's on social security. I uploaded photos of the company name and address, the return policy they have on their website, contact info for them, and also a copy of my bank statement showing the charge I got from them and to show that there was no other $1.00 charges on my account like they said was how they got my info

    On 8/19 my bank account shows a charge from you for $39.99 and I did not purchase anything from you that would authorize this transaction. I need to be refunded and taken off any customer list to prevent further charges.
