    I placed an order with lite store usa on April 10. Items were suppose to be in stock. After a week or so and no response from them and no tracking for the order I called them. I also emailed them with no response. Following week I called again. This time they answered and told me my order had been sent to the warehouse for fulfillment . Following week i called again they told me it was in stock and would ship that week. That week passed and still no tracking or signs of order shipping. Ive emailed them requesting a refund and no response. The total order was for 60 grid clips totaling 117$. I should have known it was a scam because those items are typically 2.50-3$ each. Just trying to get a refund so I can order these items from somewhere else

    we did receive several calls and emails from the customer however the material that he ordered was a stock order at the factory.  When he ordered on 4/10/25 the factory had it in stock but when we submitted the ** to them, they were backordered for a few days, their system said one thing and when they tried to pull the material it was not there.  That took several days, of course during this time there was no tracking number to speak of until the material was ready to be sent to our office.  During this time, an email was sent to the customer, which I have attached, with an update of the transaction which he never responded.  I understand the client's  frustration but we were also in the middle of this between  the factory and the client. I have attached the refund done this morning, we couldn't find an email from him requesting a refund.  We refunded it because of this complaint.

    I was trying to buy some electrical supplies from this company. They immediately took my money from my account and I have emailed them about my order but get no response. Im suspose to be able to tract my order through e-mails, which I have tried 3 times with no reply from them.

    The date of transaction was 8/14. The website has a chat that states they will respond immediately. I have contracted 3 additional times with no response. I also called all numbers posted on the website and it keeps taking you to an automated system that doesn't work. The amount isn't a huge amount but the fact they are selling products that a consumer never receives or handles the customer service portion seems a bit fraudulent. I would either like the product ordered or a refund.

    We have (5) employees answering phones from 7am to 5pm in the office so I don't know where ************** was calling.

    According to our records her order came in on 8/14/24 and the shipment went out on 8/21/24.  I have attached proof of delivery by *** with the tracking number,  the package was received on 8/26/24 at 9:33am was signed by ****** at their dock.

    Since the package was shipped and delivered, she is not going to get a refund.
