    PVC Fence did not deliver on the service, and cost me extra time that my contractor had to bill back to me. I ordered the fencing material about 3weeks before pickup, and salesman **** told me that my order would be set aside in their warehouse, fully ready for pickup with one day notice. On the morning of pickup, my contractor had to wait an extra hour because there was some confusion concerning my order. When the materials were brought to my house, my contractor noticed that 1 of the 8 posts did not have the necessary holes for the connecting pieces This was an error in their manufacturing and preparation, and my contractor needed to return to their warehouse to have the holes drilled. My house is 22 miles one way, about a 45 minute drive to PVC Fence Supply. This was a waste of time, and again, billed back to me as an extra expense in time and gas. After this occurrence, we had a lot of rain followed by Thanksgiving weekend. The following week, my contractor was back on the job to find that an entire length of fencing missing. I paid for 7 sections and he was only given 6. Each section is wrapped in plastic with slats and 2 cross bars included. I called the office, and spoke with ***** who gave me a very difficult time. She said she personally counted out 7, and it was too late to report that one section was missing. I told ***** that the section did not fall off the truck and that we didn't receive it. That day it was pouring outside, and my contractor went to PVC with the expectation that he would be given all of the pieces I ordered and paid for. My contractor told me that ***** never came out to count, that she stayed inside the warehouse the entire time and he never saw her. ***** did not want to give me the missing section but finally did, and I had to drive there to get it, costing me time from my job and gas. I left a message for owner ********* who never returned my call. Nice product but very poor attitude about customer service. Not recommending them.
