Back in early June, I was looking for mortgage companies / lenders. I found a couple through Bankrate.com and I have attached a confirmation of the promotion they also had. I went through with one of their lenders, *********** and provided documentation after I closed on the property to prove I had use one of the lenders for my mortgage. I submitted all document and even received confirmation with approval that I would receive the $200 promotion gift card via mail. I have since then been following up since July on the updates and they are not being truthful about mailing out the card and have no honored their promotion to date. It's now almost end of August.
