    I attempted to resolve an issue regarding food that was sold to me as fresh and was at least a day old. I approached the store manager and told him about my issue not asking for a refund which was given to me by one of the store employees. I had previously bought other items, and was given the wrong item and overcharged for them. The person in charge of that department did correct the mistake by saying the employee was new and corrected the issue. I seems that the store managed was annoyed that I was again complaining for something that was in my right as a consumer to be asking for. The manager after I got my refund then proceeded to demean me in front of other customers and employees by telling me he not to come back to that particular store or any other of the local stores. (I later came to find out that the manager is the stores owners son.) As a regular customer for over 20 years I have never felt this humiliated in front of other people and therefore would not recommend this store to anyone after this incident.
