  I believe that ********************************* is one of the worst companies that I have had to deal with in my lifetime, which fortunately, has been a long one! Repairs were and still are needed on a prior hurricane proof window/door installation made by this Company in mid 2021. We have been waiting since early November 2024 for repairs on this front door assembly. In November 2024, we were told that repairs would be completed immediately following Thanksgiving. We since waited until January 2025 before re-initiating contact with the ************************************* because we never heard back from MaxGuard as promised. Since January, we had initiated numerous phone contacts with their office personnel only to be told that they would look into the matter and get back to us. If and when they did return our calls, we were informed that the MaxGuard repair department had been awaiting delivery of a quart of paint for both the door and the immediate adjacent area. Still no word thereafter. I contacted them several weeks ago, informing the office personnel that I would even supply the paint. Still no response. After making at least 8 documented calls to the ******************************** personnel since January 21, 2025, today, (2/11/2025) being the last call date, again the office stated they were looking into the matter and would get back to me. As has happened in the past on most occasions, they never did in fact get back to me. No resolution to date. Shame on MAXGUARD! People beware!Also, the windows Maxguard initially installed in our home were installed improperly for the specific window areas, to the extent where some are so tight that they are extremely difficult to open, and perhaps impossible to open by a light-weighted person. We shall see what happens hereinafter!

  We just had all our windows replaced in our house by Max Guard. it was Eileen’s team and they were the most professional and absolutely amazing workers. They take pride in what they do and the windows are absolutely amazing. I would definitely recommend this company..

  10 windows 2 sliding glass doors and 2 exterior doors all installed in 2 days. The workers and workmanship were outstanding. They put up barriers to protect the living space and removed all debris. A great experience from start to finish.

  We had several windows replaced in our apartment. Although there was some delay in scheduling due to unanticipated events in our life, the windows were installed in one day and passed inspection the next.We are pleased with the efficiency and the outcome.

  A few years ago, I had my entire house done with hurricane impact windows and sliding glass doors. Recently, I added my front doors to it. Exceptional work and attention to detail, great communication and if anything goes wrong, they make it right as soon as possible. Would recommend it to anyone

  Installation of hurricane windows and doors throughout our home.The windows and doors were everything we hoped. Installation on a scale of 1 to 10 (with 10 the highest): I would give the initial installation a 7. That being said I have to say working with ****** on correcting the issues was great. She kept us updated on replacing the front door and a sliding door. The follow up installation was a 10. There Warranty is solid; they stand behind their products and their installation.

  I am extremely pleased with the professionalism of everyone I had the pleasure of dealing with at Max Guard Hurricane Windows. There was a
  
  slight manufacturer delay in the beginning but Eileen kept me updated on every aspect of my order. I was replacing my entire house of 13
  
  windows and 3 doors. She was available to answer all my questions and always returned my calls asap. When all my windows arrived from the
  
  manufacturer she immediately scheduled a team to begin installation. Alfredo and his team did an excellent job throughout the installation
  
  process. I was amazed at how well his team worked together. They were courteous, professional, efficient and tried their best to limit the
  
  dust that was expected with the construction. After my final inspection passed, Peter, a co owner of Max Guard came out to ensure everything was
  
  perfect. I am extremely happy with my windows and recommend Max Guard to any one wanting to install quality hurricane windows.Thank you Max Guard.
