    I was promised in 24 hours money from my inheritance. I had several contacts with ***** from probate cash who after a month of waiting right before Christmas tells me over a month after first contact that the attorney refused return his calls and that I had to call the attorney handling the inheritance. Now I'm being told that ***** from this business says he can't get me money from my inheritance until after January 1 and it's no guarantee that I can even get the inheritance money. It has has been one excuse after another as to why probate cash CAN'T get me money out of the inheritance. I want this business investigated to the fullest extent. It has to be a scam and so close to Christmas the lied about the money. The advertise on ******** that they will have money to you within 24 hours. This is a lie. This business is nothing more than a scam targeting people who are low income having trouble getting inheritance money. So close to Christmas to. They kept promising me inheritance money so very to do to a low income person right before Christmas. I hope to get a public apology at the very least.

    ProbateCash can and has provided upfront money to customers within 24 hours.  However, like all businesses, ProbateCash does not provide money to someone who simply wants money, but who is not eligible to receive the money from us.  For example, ProbateCash, like presumably all businesses, requires a contract be signed by our customer.  Our customers who want money quickly can show us they are due an inheritance and encourage us to quickly confirm the customer's information.  ********************** often can do all of this and pay our customer on the same day or quickly thereafter.  In this case, we never had a signed contract with ************************ because she refused to authorize us to do any underwriting to confirm basic information about her right to receive an inheritance from the estate.  As a result, we could not do any business with *************************  Nonetheless, we wish her the best in her future endeavors.

    I contacted the company to see about an advance on my inheritance. I spoke with a gentleman by the name of *************************, I filled out paperwork three different times because he didnt receive it the first two times. I was Than told it would be a few days to get everything in order and he would be in contact. A week later I still hadnt heard back so I sent a email and got no response I called left several messages and sent several more emails still I got no response. Not a sorry we cant help you or anything just complete silence. I called asked to speak to a supervisor left a message still nothing. Its now been two weeks and I havent heard anything.

    I reviewed ********************** complaint and reviewed his file.  ****************** requested an advance against his inheritance.  ProbateCash reviewed his request and application.  After such review, it was conveyed to ****************** that the Executor of the estate had to provide written approval that the Executor would agree to repay ProbateCash the advance. ****************** indicated that the Executor would not provide such approval when he attempted to obtain an advance at an earlier time.  ProbateCash then considered the matter closed.  In the event ****************** can obtain the Executor's cooperation in this case, ProbateCash is happy to reopen the file.  If there was a misunderstanding or miscommunication about ********************** situation, we apologize as we strive to have the best customer service and results in the industry.
