      Professional from start to finish. Dealing with Universal Landscaping was a breath of fresh air. Dealing with contractors and vendors can be such a headache, but not with Universal. During the process of working with Universal Landscaping, communication was excellent. I never questioned what or when something was happening. Sal, the owner, called every morning and stopped by the site almost every day. Katie from the office stayed in communication with emails of all documents and a beautiful video of what the finished project was going to look like. The three installers were friendly, respectful, and very efficient. They worked quickly and didn't waste time. At the end of the day, they left the worksite clean and tidy. Seriously, I do not have one complaint. I highly recommend Universal Landscaping. Tracy
