  As! of 5/8/24 I have completed my student loan forgiveness program and $16,930 PAID for by good Ole Uncle ***. I could of not been more happy as I started my Federal Loans in "Default" status and ******** got me out of default enrolled 5 years ago into the SAVE program which unfortunately the federal government has taken this option away, but ******** got me in in the **** of time and with that move I have ELLIMIATED ALL of my student loan debt. I'm so grateful that I'm not only a success story but I now also am an enrollment agent with Student Loan Center so I too can help others like myself find financial freedom with your student loan debt.   The young lady that I was connected with is one of your finest employees. Danielle ********* never skipped a beat from the the first I was connected with her to the very end. Every question I asked was always something she knew and never had to go find out what was being asked. Danielle was always pleasant when working with us and I would not known where to start if not for her.

  A few years back, I felt lost in figuring out how to take care of my student loans. My husband and I have high payments and we both felt as if we were drowning. I called *********************************** and instantly felt like I had direction and was relieved to have someone who knew how to help me manage my loans. ******** was always available when I had a question and helped my manage my loan forgiveness program as I am an educator. I would highly recommend her, this company and this service. I am forever grateful for her expertise!

  I started with the National Group for my student loads after I graduated with my MSW in 2015. A cohort of mine, *********************, recommended this group, specifically *********************************** to help get me get started with setting up payments.******** did not miss a best in the 8 years I worked with her. She returned phone calls with in 24 hours, she was able to answer my questions and concerns; especially during the ***** pandemic. When everyone else seems to be scrambling to figure out how to continue their lives and businesses, ******** always found a way to answer my questions that eased my mind.I changed jobs twice in the last 8 years and ******** was right there by my side to ensure that I completed all the paperwork and submitted everything in a timely fashion, as needed to ensure no disruption in my Income based 10 yrs. repayment plan.As a nontraditional student who walked the stage at age 60 it was extremely important to me that I manage this part of my life correctly. I must admit in the beginning I was very intimidated by the process. Working with ******** and the others that helped me out, whenever she may have out of the office, reduced that stress and allowed me to move smoothly through the process. I have worked with a lot of different government agencies and non-surpass the service that I have received with the staff at The National Group.   While looking into the PSLF I was fortunate be given information that led me to Danielle Desjardin. I felt broken and defeated, thinking that I had no chance of success, before I contacted Danielle. She is truly an angel. She did exactly what she promised, which was to be there with me every step of the way until the final congratulations letter. Every time I called or emailed her, she got back to me right away. Anything that I needed clarification on, she was able to explain and put my mind at ease. Danielle is a kind, compassionate, patient, and selfless person, who works very hard to bring about a positive outcome for her clients. It is very rare to find someone who is so genuine and dedicated, someone who is willing to go the extra mile because she cares about her clients and their best interest.   Danielle was great to work with. She always took my calls, called me back, and/or emailed very quickly. I was very anxious throughout this whole process and Danielle always reassured me that things would work out, and they did. I just received an email that my loans have been forgiven and it's an incredible feeling. I am very grateful for all of Danielle's help and patience!

  I graduated in **** with @$38000 in loans and got caught up in ****** *** rolling my loan into forbearance and did not give me any options. My loan was then sold to Navient and they put me on income baswd payments which still accumulated interest. By the time I figured out what was happening I realized that my student loan was up to @ $98000. Which was ridiculous seeing that I have worked for non profit agencies ever since I graduated. I was enrolled in the program and they moved my loans to MOHELA. At first I was nervous because I got a letter saying 4 payments of 120 were forgiven, but then I received one stating 102 payments were forgiven and I was relieved because I seen an end to the nonsense. Today I received a letter and I started crying because it stated my loan was satisfied. I would have never figured out these programs without them because loan companies are not interested in helping you, they are only interested in making money. Trust the program and the workers involved. They did an amazing job.

  Successful Applicant for PSLF Dear Danielle,I am writing a letter of gratitude for all your help over that last six months as I have pursued the forgiveness of my student loans which date back to my graduate work prior to 1989. Since our first contact, you have assured me that I qualified for the Public Service Loan Forgiveness due to my many years of work for a non-profit company despite the many setbacks and road blocks to my application.After our phone conversation just last week where you again reassured me that you were confident that I would qualify and not to get discouraged, and offered to do a conference call to my student loan company. Later that same week, I was so elated to receive a letter in the mail, informing me that the entire balance of my $82,000 student loans had been forgiven! I have a zero student loan balance for the first time in 33 years. I was in tears with gratitude to you for walking me through this stressful and difficult process successfully. You are amazing and I an sharing my letter on BBB so others can know that there is help through your company. As someone who had just become resigned to the terrible reality that I might be paying on my student loans into my 70s, and even my 80s, I am thrilled and relieved to know that with your help, I can retire without this terrible burden.
