1 starI bought a vehicle from Schumacher long distance. I asked specifically, more than once, if any damage to the vehicle and was told no, absolutely not. I was not happy when my vehicle arrived and there was a cut in the leather console between the front seats. There were several other issues that I was not told about. I was even more furious when they stopped responding to my texts/calls to discuss/fix this issue. I will not do business with them again, nor would I recommend them.Review fromRebecca H

1 starI went in on May 13, 2024 and they stated my purge valve was no good and needed replacing, ok, fine do that then and it’s covered under insurance. One replaced, I noticed immediately that my car wasn’t running the same and the miles had gone down significantly, so I took it back in to ****** the service advisor who had been helping me, May 16, 2024 and told him that it wasn’t working the same and the miles had gone down significantly, he had his mechanic inspect and basically found that I am wrong and the miles are fine. July 30, 2024 and again my check engine light has come on, they have me fill out paperwork but this time the customer service is even worse than ever. ****** tells me it’ll be 24-48 hours before he can check what is wrong with my car, I explain I have the extended warranty in any case I explain I must have the car by Wednesday, he says he can’t do that but since I have insurance they will cover the car and he gets me a Lyft, they drop me off at Hertz with the insurance number to call. I call insurance, never having don’t this before, and they say they can’t do anything until they have a diagnosis on the car. We call ****** and as usual he never answers the phone I get through to his really rude manager named Tony. He basically says oh well we can’t get a diagnosis right now so can’t help you, figure out what you want to do with a rental. Fast forward, they say I put “bad gas” in my car it needs a new fuel pump seal. The manager was extremely rude to me they wanted to charge $275 for diagnosis but I didn’t trust them and wouldn’t pay, Tony agrees to take it off after berating me in his office and saying he’ll put a huge note never to give a discount again. I take the car to a local mechanic who finds the gas hose is leaking! Guess what, the gas hose is right next to the purge valve! Possibly they bumped it and damaged it is what the local mechanic has told me. I’m lucky my car didn’t start on fire at this point. Very dangerous and untrustworthy.Review fromMark C

Service ***** is Unprofessional and Incompetent at Best. Purchased a 2024 Canyon Denali that came with a Blemish in the Headliner, Manager said that it is easy to fix, Not to Worry, we will order the headliner, install it and you'll be on your way soon enough. Well brought the truck in Monday July 8, 7:30am. by 5pm without hearing from them I called ****** (who appears to be Brain Dead) he says we didn't get around to it today maybe tomorrow... I said well then why you make the Appointment in the first place, he said and I quote "I did not make the Appointment, someone else did". Next day I called the Sales Manager (*******) who was promise she will get to the bottom of it. And she did, turns out that the Whole front Glass has to be removed and put back in by a Specialist they have to bring in because there is Calibration to be done to sensors and who knows what else. bottom line is it should be ready by Wednesday. The Specialist then comes in, removes the Glass, They are ready to install the headliner and turns out it is defective. They have to now order a new again, they will get back to me with an ETA. I called ****** to ask that he makes sure since the front glass has been removed that the 2 week old Vehicles windshield is covered with plastic or something to protect the interior from dust and flying insects. The Genius tells me he'd like to but they don't have anything to cover the hole with. I said they sell 100' rolls or plastic at any hardware store for a few dollars, you mean to tell me the vehicle is just going to sit there collecting dust until the work is done? His answer and I quote was "Yeah, Pretty Much!" Of all things to say to a client to give him reassurance the vehicle is in good hands he chose to say that? What a F..ing Genius this guy is. I again called ******* the Sales Manager and let her know how upset I was. Today is Thursday 5:30pm and I have not heard from any one.Schumacher Auto Group, Inc.

I understand that you have spoken to Mark my Service Manager in WPB. The Canyon is in the shop and covered up to keep out dust and debris out of the inside of the vehicle. We are currently waiting for our 3rd party glass company to come back and install the glass.
Unfortunately, it looks like they will not be able to come until Monday July 15, 2024.
We apologize for any inconvenience; we are hoping to expedite the repairs. You will be advised when the car is complete.

1 starIt doesn't seem like things are getting any better with this dealership. I purchased a new 2023 GMC Sierra ****** pickup and had it shipped. Per the salesman, they were "unable to locate" the second key fob when they prepped the truck for shipping, so they just sent it without and never bothered to tell me until I called to see if they had actually given it to the truck driver.Despite promises to make it right, Schumacher won't return phone calls or respond to emails and now three months later I still don't have the second key that should have come with this new vehicle.Review fromkevin r

bought my 2022 trail blazer in june 2022 with a service maintance aggrement I was told i can go to any schumacher to get my free oil changes so sense i live in Delray Beach I called to make a appointment at there Chrysler dealer. was told they dont take appointments they have a express lane so i go in and there im told they dont have oil filters for chevy and would order one and call me. 3 days later i call to see what the progress is and now im told there was never a work order made and still no oil change. 2 weeks later i decide to go to Nothlake Chevy where i purchased when i finally find someone in servce im then told 3 to 4 hours hows this a express lane? im not sitting in a dealer that took my money in good faith to service my auto. then after many contacts with there online chat and calling there Chrysler dealer back to see if they would just order me a filter so i can get this done. im told a service adviser would get in touch with me where is this service adivsor 5 days later and no call back. finally i went to Firestone had my oil changed because i was now down to 5% oil life i have yet to recieve anything from my service aggreement with them and i would like a refund as this added $40 a month to my payments.. i know Mr Schumaher will do the right thing because he always says come join the Schumacher Family Thanks ***** ******Schumacher Auto Group, Inc.

1 starBrought truck in Oct 5th for torque converter and its still sitting there today. They cannot get the part because of the strike. They wont give the car back unless I pay them around $2,000 to put it back together (unfixed). I never asked then to take it apart. *** tried everything to work with service manager *********************** but they say there hands are tied. He has not ************* my call. I have to drive to dealership to have any contact. Ive been renting an equivalent vehicle for $100 a day so thats approx $2,500 with no part in sight. Highly unethical company. 1 starThey charged me an absurd amount of money to fix and issue that my car was having. After my car has been at the dealership for longer than a week. I revived a call that the issue was fixed and everything was meeting standards. I was advised to pay my bill electronically and pick up my car later that day. After only two days of having the car in possession, all the previous issue were still there. I contacted the advisor that helped me and he stated that you can bring the car back in, but if there is still an issue you would have to pay for the additional parts and labor which seemed unfair because these are the same issues I was having that they supposedly fixed. So why do I have to pay and additional balance for that. I gave them an opportunity to resolve the issue. Now my car is currently at the dealership for almost two weeks. After trying to contact the advisor to get an update on my car, he has not answered or returned any of my calls.Review fromYan U

This place is just trying to make easy money by overpricing every single service. Even when they provide a "10%-20% discount" is safe to assume that you are paying double or triple for whatever any other decent places are going to charge you. Just an example, $270 for flushing the brake fluid! I love VW brand, bought 4 diff models over the last few years but if this is the local place that is behind the brand in this area, it's game over for me. Warning!!! They won't take responsibility for any damage under their watch, it's just mind-blowing the lack of basic integrity and respect for the customer. Long story short, they damaged one of my rims and tire, it had a big hole at the moment of picking it up after an oil change and replacing a speed sensor (probably bad luck, or using the services of this place has made me change every single speed sensor($580) more than once). After saying that "It did not happen here" and later "our cameras did not record anything" even with pictures showing paint from the rim on the tire that was previously washed. After a lot of back and forth, they replaced the tire with the note "I did not happen here!". Happy ending? far from it!!! Picking up the car again, now out of the blue the keyfob does not open or close the vehicle and the light engine is ON. You are right if you guess another round: "It did not happen, not our responsibility, the electrical component fails with age, you need to buy a new key". What a coincidence, all that happen to my car at once when they had my car. I just had enough, my wife had enough with them too a few years back. Probably my first 0-star review online, I hope this serves for others to call out the abuses of this place and the Schumacher family and/or ********** brand push for a change in this place for good.Schumacher Auto Group, Inc.

1 starSchumacher has had my Volvo in its auto body shop to fix the car after a minor accident. I dropped it off on May 3rd per our appointment made 2 months earlier. They still have my car and have not yet finished it. Astounding. The real tragedy, however, is the behavior of the Schumacher auto body staff negligent, rude, thoughtless, and on and on.
