    I attended the nursing program (RN) at HCI college back in 2018. I successfully passed all my classes without any repeats and completed all my clinical hours. At the end I did not complete my ****, which is a NCLEX prep online course due to some personal matter. I tried contacting the school to get a hold of anyone on several occasions to know the following steps in order to complete the **** and register for my NCLEX board exams. Finally in September 28th, *************************************************** order to get the matter resolved. I have done everything that was asked on my part, the whole process took A WHOLE YEAR, at last for them to tell me that a **** contract was not signed and they would only be able to send my name for the *** exam. At this point Im not sure if I should get a lawyer to help me get this resolved as the campus president told me that is a done deal and they would not go back to their decision. I forwarded all the emails and proofs that I have different conversations with their previous *** but they only care about money. At first one of them told me that the school has a new code and it has been a long time and that the school would no longer be able to send my name to the boards under the old code, then they told me to restart the whole program over to finally tell me they can only send me for the *** exam. They only mention over and over how it has been over two years after my last class that Im trying to get this resolved when They took a whole year. They dont reply to any emails unless I literally harass them by going there over and over and keep emailing. Still to this day no one has replied to my last email. No one is honest at this school and they dont care about the well being of their students. I will be seeking legal counsel on this matter as no one can really give me a straight honest answer.

Our appeals committee reviewed and has determined that your name will be released for the ************************ allowing you to sit for the ***** exam. This is provided that you fulfill the pending financial requirements and provide the proof of VATI Green ***** status as was advised to you in the follow-up email sent earlier in the day on 10/13/2022.
