"  As a statement of fact, thisobjective superlative claim requires substantiation to be in compliancewith Code of Advertising.  Website does not state the source of theclaim or who considers the business to be the #1 most trusted online USPassport Courier Service.

    28. Objective Superlative Claims
    Objective superlative claims, such as “#1 in new car sales in thecity,” are subject to the Code’s requirements that claims have substantiation,because they can be proved or disproved. If an advertiser makes an objectivesuperlative claim, they should already possess substantiation of the claim. Inthe example above, the dealership should be able to show that it has more newcar sales than its competitors in the city.

    The Code states:
    Superlative statements inadvertisements about the tangible qualitiesand performance values of a product or service are objective claims for whichthe advertiser must possess substantiation as they can be based upon acceptedstandards or tests. As statements of fact, such claims, like “#1 in new carsales in the city,” can be proved or disproved.

     

    BBB found that these claims were in violation of the BBB Code of Advertising. As of March 13, 2025, the business has failed to respond to BBB.
