    No me quieren devolver mi deposito de seguridad de un apto que se rento con ellos , se entrego el 31 de enero del 2023 y a la fecha no devuelven el deposito donde ellos ya no manejan la propiedad pero se quedaron ****** deposito, realizar la inspeccin de entrega dando un ok en todo ya que la propiedad estaba en perfecta condicin pero no entregan mis **** de deposito que me corresponde

    To whoom it concerns 

    I do understand that the tenant is upset , I have tried to explain to the tenant several time  that our management company has no control over security deposit  disputes .

    This is  dispute is strickly between the owner and tenant , The only reason why we are involve  is because we initially did the walk throught with tenant a year a go  . Our office was the  managing agent  the owner at that time  .  Currently ,our office doen'st represent  eiether party in this matter . Funds will be turn over into the Court registry and owner and tenants can handle it there . Ibero Property Management cannot make any decisions or give legal advsie to eiether party in the matter . 

    I really hope that they can resolve this in a timely manner
