    I booked a ****** for 5:00 nobody was on the farm and it looked abandoned. I called 3 times no answer.

    The first issue is that the facility was questionable and the care of the horses had me concerned as well and the safety of people riding. First, one of the horses that were used probably shouldnt have been ridden by a child as it seemed to be very agitated and the woman there kept tell me how a lot of the horses are unridable and dangerous and some had even injured HER. That was not the worst part of our experience, the owner who is apparently located in ******...is a piece of work. I asked how long the trail ride is supposed to be he said One hour. I told him we paid and were only given less than 30 minutes. He then tried to back track VIA TEXT MESSAGE and tell me they include the time it takes to get the horses out in the hour. This is unheard of. I explained that we even tipped the employee and the owner said if you were so unhappy why did you tip him? I was shocked! What kind of employer says that? I felt bad for that poor employee. The owner then refused to help or even offer another ride considering we had been scammed out of $120 for a 25 minute experience. Instead he just insulted us. The reviews are so mixed online so its not clear how to judge the experience before youve been there.
