    Infinity Roofing & Siding installed new roofing to our home that was damaged during Ian ********* Infinity Roofing & Siding damaged our waterline causing damage to our master bathroom. I asked ********************* to repair the damage however I was told by ********************* that I needed to file another insurance claim for the water damage that Infinity Roofing caused. I requested ********************* from Infinity Roofing to fix the damage since they caused the damage. Mr. ********************* told me I had to file a second insurance claim and I needed to call the builder that they did not build per code and there should be a code insurance. I did call our home owners Insurance but was denied plus it would have another $2500 deductible. Mr ********************* called and stated that he was coming by to pick up the payment for the Roofing since it was now completed. When Mr. ********************* came I again asked him about the damage and when would they fix it. Mr. ********************* said that he would see what he could do but for us to pay him $27,000 and hold on to the rest of $4,564.91. Infinity Roofing never came to fix the damage. Mr. ********************* called as to when he could come over to pick up the remainder money. I told him that I would not pay him til the water damage was repaired or Infinity Roofing can take me to small claims court. Mr. ********************* said that he would need to check with his superior and will get back to me. Mr. ********************* never called me back. We waited for several months to hear when Infinity Roofing would repair the damage but that never happened. We had to hire someone to repair the water damage caused by Infinity Roofing. I received a text from a ****** from infinity Roofing on January 24,2024 requesting we pay $9355.70 I emailed the ***************** to figure out what this was about. I was told a check went out in December 2023 in the amount of $3969.25. We did not receive that check and I asked the insurance to do a trace. Being confused what the claim was for from Infinity Roofing I was told by Insurance that Infinity Roofing claimed additional material and Labor. No additional material was delivered or labor was done on our home nor did we get anything in writing from Infinity Roofing about this. Is Infinity Roofing putting in a claim for damage they caused and never fixed?

    I am rejecting this response because: All we receive is calls from a ****** wanting more money. First ****** gave us the wrong address to send documentation and a check to you. I gave ****** the **** tracking g number but she did not want to hear that all she is interested in is more money that no proof has been provided to us. When I spoke to ***** supervisor over a week ago he was going to call me back that day and send over the invoicing which none of the two happened. Instead I was told that the supervisor told ****** to call me several days later. But only to pressure me in paying more money. ****** called right during supper around 6pm calls like that need to take place during business hours. Yes we are very disappointed in the way this company does business and treats their clients.
