    In October of 2021, we contracted with Total RV to perform repairs on our 5th Wheel camper. We were living on the property in the 5th Wheel while our property was under construction. There were numerous issues to fix - a few leaks, replacing some molding, minor outside repairs and a leak in the shower. The total amount quoted was $4,359.06. After the first visit and some of the repairs we paid Total RV $1,888.88 (10/13/2021). We were told that parts were needed and would be ordered. We were asked to pay the remaining amount of $2,470.18 and did on 11/3/2021. A few days later we decided to trade in the current 5th Wheel and buy a new one - which we did. I called Total RV and explained what we were doing and made it clear that the work was no longer needed - including ordering any parts. I was told that Total RV would go through the invoice and get back to me with a refund. Over the past 12 months I have called and texted Total RV at least 2 times per month asking about my refund. On two occasions I was told the owner was in the hospital. All other calls/texts were never answered. I made if clear in the calls/texts what I was asking for and please get back to me. Total RV has not responded to any messages in the past 5 months.
