    This business continues to call to verify ****** listing have told to take me off list and stop calling, has reached harassment level. Blocked number but continually changes number to local number. Individual has become belligerently asking for *****. Reported company to ****** for claims of being with ****** and calls increased. 2-6 calls per day from multiple numbers.

    business listing solutions is a scam, I have canceled my service 3 times ,they continue to take out ***** a month, I would deseverve at a minimum one year refund, ******

Our records show that we did not receive any communication from you regarding the cancellation of our services until 01/12/2024. Upon receiving your request, we promptly processed the cancellation and ensured that no further charges would be incurred as our commitment is to provide transparent and responsive customer service. We take pride in promptly addressing our clients' needs.

    Our company was providing ongoing services, specifically the optimization for online voice search platforms, as per the program you initially enrolled in. While we understand your frustration, we regret to inform you that we will not be able to ***** a refund. The reason being that you were actively receiving services from us during the period in question. We acknowledge that situations may arise, however you had not communicated to us that you wanted to terminate the program. This is a common policy amongst contracts/agreements and would've been rectified if addressed at an earlier time.

    I contacted my bank (community bank) to block there payment  a year ago that was after my second attempt to cancel there service  they could not because i used my routing # I would have to close my acc. and start a new one I did not want to do that FYY I DONT PAY FOR ANYTHING  LIKE THAT ANYMORE , MY BANK HAS THIS PROOF ,this sould have been canceled two years ago , KNOW I WILL FILE A COMPLAINT WITH THE ATTORNEY GENERAL OFFICE .thank you

Had you followed this standard guideline and reached out to us directly, it's likely that the situation could have been resolved promptly without the need for additional measures. We cancelled the account the first time you contacted us, and would have been happy to have cancelled the account a year ago had you reached out to us instead of the bank.

    We signed a contract for a website in February of 2020. The contract said it would take 6 weeks. It is now September 2023 and we still do not have a website. they haven't contacted us in over a year, yet continue to bill us 50 dollars a month. We had a myriad of problems with them over the course of a year and a half of attempting to get this site up and running. We have about a hundred hours of work into this site and thousands of dollars yet no website. They attempted to charge us more for edits and information fixes and I refused. From then on it seemed as though they were stalling the development at every turn. We were forced to move on and hire a new company to finish the site. We seek a full refund for breach of contract.

We understand the frustration this has caused you. Throughout the development process, we encountered several challenges that hindered our progress. One significant challenge was the unavailability of essential content and information required to complete the website. We made multiple attempts to reach out to you to obtain the necessary materials and clarification, but regrettably, our requests remained unanswered for an extended period.

    Regarding the billing issue you mentioned, I want to clarify that the build out fee and monthly charges were outlined in the agreement. These fees are nonrefundable as they encompass the website development, ongoing maintenance and hosting services provided during the development period. We also developed a full e-commerce website involving a team of dedicated web developers. However, we understand your perspective, and we apologize if there was any misunderstanding. We are genuinely sorry that the project did not progress as smoothly as anticipated and that you felt the need to seek assistance from another company.     I am rejecting this response because:  The claim that I hadn't supplied Business Listing Solutions with everything they needed to complete the job is categorically false.  I spent over a year resubmitting pictures and descriptions I had already sent to ***********  I was actually going into the very file I sent to ***** to retrieve and resend a photo or description she claimed I hadn't sent.   It was comical and I discussed this with her.  I still have all the emails where we discussed this.  I repeatedly re-sent pictures and descriptions and finally pricing.  I believe it was a stall technique because I can not think of any other reason for such incompetence.  Finally, after almost two years of this, ***** sent me a list of 60 items she claims I didn't send prices for.  I insisted that I couldnt possibly just miss 60 different items on top of the 20 or so I had already resent her pricing for.  We argued and our conversations ended there.  There was no attempt to contact us.  We were charged each month for what I thought was protection of my site and my hours and hours of hard work.  Well, they weren't protecting anything.  My site was just sitting on a web building app free for anyone to take my pictures and discriptions.  Which eventually happened.  We never received a working site.  we were never contacted.  I worked on the site for almost two years even though we were promised, contractually, a 6 week build.  I was quick to send any and all information and data within a day or so of a request for it and even played along by resending data over and over.  I feel we were robbed of our money and lied to.  When you buy a hamburger you pay and it is non refundable, with the understanding that you get a hamburger in exchange for the payment....The difference here is we never received the hamburger.  We held up our part of the bargain. We never received a working website.  We were never contacted.  There was no attempt to reconcile.   We seek a full refund.

This extended the project timeline considerably, and we did our best to work with the information provided to us. As for the claim that your site was left unprotected, we take data security very seriously. Your content and information were always kept confidential on our servers, and no unauthorized access was granted. We have stringent security measures in place to safeguard our clients' data. Regarding your request for a refund, our contract stipulates that our services are non-refundable once the project has commenced. We did invest substantial time and effort in designing and developing your website, and we have incurred costs associated with the project. Given the circumstances and the work that has already been performed, we regret to inform you that we cannot provide a refund.

    I was never delivered a working website.  I had delivered every piece of data in a timely matter and it was simply a case of your tech not being able to find the data or of her losing the data.  I sent her a file of pictures a day after the contract was signed.  These were old photos that she said she would use to start the project while I took new photos that she would replace the old with.  I had every new photo taken and sent to her within a month.  I had every description finished and emailed to her within the next month.  I opened a stripe account and a bank account.  I researched and submitted pricing for each item.  She continually came back claiming I hadn't sent her this picture or that description for over a year.  I will bring all the emails to court as evidence. I have a substantial amount of work into this project as well for which I haven't received a dime.  Not one benefit.  ****** constant requests for pictures she already had was infuriating and time consuming.   I would go into the zip file of pictures or descriptions that I had previously  attached to her original email, copy the picture from the file she received, and resend it to her.  At first it was funny but a year later it gets stale. This process was repeated over and over until we got to the description phase.  then she was missing this description and that description.  Then it was finally pricing.  She basically asked me for over a hundred different items prices.  I went through the list of items one by one.  Searched online, compared prices, came up with a competitive price for the site.  One by One.  All by myself.  I am certain I didn't just forget over a hundred items.   I was never delivered a complete website. I realize that ***** was probably a flake and maybe that's why she is no longer with you but that isn't my problem in anyway. there was no continued attempts to contact me and I would love to see a list of dates/ times when you say you tried.  I am an 82 year old man who has owned a successful wholesale business for over 30 years.  I don't play games like this with customers.  I deliver as promised. We contracted for you to build and host a website.  I held up every portion of my end providing every piece of data requested.  sometimes supplying the same thing several times.  I do not have a website.  I never had a website.  I don't understand the problem.  You supply something and I pay.  I paid, you didn't ever deliver what I paid for.  The fact that you worked real hard doesn't earn you anything....not even a participation medal.  The deal was the website.  I didn't contract you to work real hard and then quit.  I expected a working website.  I never got a website.  You defaulted on the contract.  This is how America works.  My next move will be filing with small claims and I will bring all our emails as evidence to prove my effort and your lack there of.  I'm 82, pretty well to do, and I've got plenty of time to pursue this as far as it will go.  I am confident that the courts won't award you for "trying really hard"  to build a site.    Its almost and maybe is a scam.  I will research some more complaints online against you and maybe contact them to compare notes.  There might just be a pattern of fraud here?  I know that making believe you are ****** is a lie you continually use.  I thought you were ****** up to the time the contract was sent.  I have seen that complaint several ***********************. It wasnt just me you tried to fool in that regard.  What else do you do to defraud?  You are a very suspect company that seems more interested in taking old people for a ride than actually providing a service.
