    I PAID FOR THREE DIFFERENT *** SERVICES THAT PROMISE SATISFACTION, THEY SAY YOU CAN BE refunded I think within the first two weeks and when I signed up with them all-I had medium expectations... This site outed me to my son, it sent him a request even though the software was supposed to be hidden in the background, so he knew I had put it on there and blocked it. I told them this. Prior to this happening, I was upset because certain links work, certain features did not work untill i personally reached out to them and even then, it only worked when i clicked on their email link to view the data that was captured on the phone. I was never able to make use of each of the features, and never at one point did I get to use every feature. I reached out after a week with the features issues, unhappy with the software, they installed it personally from a distance, and had use of the phone via an app "Team viewer" so they did NOT install it properly. it notified him on several occasions, any titme I tried to use the live features, which had already been approved when they digitally took over my phone during installation. I had asked for a refund, but they refused saying that it had been past two weeks. But, i had been complaining from the start. their solution? They DELETED MY ACCOUNT.I REACHED OUT and they re-created my account under ********************** and prior it was under ******************** For weeks I had been banned. I couldnt even log in, just cuz I wanted my money back. They made me re-install the software on several occasions, at least two, and he found out every time. I am now unable to use the software, I want to be refunded for all these reasons-th company makes it impossible for quick contact to rectify the situation, but by tthe time a problem arises, its too late for the customer. they need t fix their advertising its NOT SECRET AT ALL the service shows its running i the background, that even a teenager can figure out the "secret spyware" is there.

    As many have the same complaints on this company as I do, they advertise a risk free money back guarantee, however you run through all of the procedures that they stipulate (which are very difficult to navigate and perform) and they still denied me a credit. Their software does not perform as intended and as advertised, but yet they will not allow a credit due to this issue which is absolutely insane. They also have very shady business practices by not sending your a copy of your invoice so that you can go back to your credit card company to claim the purchase. There are also more hidden costs for software that is needed for their software to operate property that they do not tell you about. This company is clearly a scamming company to get your money and complete false advertisement.

    So I signed up for a free trial of their web program to the able to track family. I didnt know at first but they tried to charge me 3 times. One charge of $60.55 went through then other 2 were declined. I told them I wanted a refund for whatever had gone through as I wouldnt order service without even trying the free trial it states you can use and that I wouldn't be charged unless I didnt cancel. This company is a scam. Ive told them I wanted a refund they refuse. It wasnt even 24 hours before I had asked for a refund. They should have never charged me. No free trial its all just to get your money.

    Purchased web software to monitor childs phone. It says its risk free on the website and I signed up for a free trial. When I couldnt get the software to work I contacted customer service followed all the directions and it still didnt work I reached out to customer service a few times, kept getting the same response in that I wasnt eligible for a refund and I had to go through all of their troubleshooting. I explained I had done what I was asked to do and provided dates and information based on my experience multiple times then they kept saying that I didnt reach out. They have no documentation that I reached out then they said that customer service wasnt available on the day that I reached out yet. I have evidence that their website says that they have 24/7 customer service. They said that they want to remotely get into my phone and prove that it doesnt work before they refund. I explained to them that I dont trust them now and theyre still refusing to provide a refund because I did not allow them to remotely access the phone. They stated that when I signed up for the service that I agreed that there would be no refunds unless certain criteria was met, but then they claim I never reached out. They are just lying. I looked up reviews after this. They have poor reviews all over the Internet with people experiencing the same things. I also looked up their address and it doesnt appear to be an accurate address my feeling is that this is a fraudulent business that is scamming people out of money and wants to get access to their personal phones remotely. I paid $59.95 on 7/20/24. This service is meant to monitor safety of kids phones yet this company is displaying predatory behavior on their customers. its concerning when youre trying to protect your kid but yet Companies like these are preying on other people. The bottom line is I wouldnt trust these individuals having any access to my personal information because of sketchy behavior they displayed.
