      Warning: ************ operates on **** under the name DesignerReturnsIt is very important for potential buyers to know that this company is actively deleting negative reviews on **** to maintain a higher score. Numerous customers, including myself, have experienced issues such as receiving incorrect items, sizes, or colors. Many of these complaints, which should reflect on their profile, are removed, misleading future buyers about their true track record.Heres my personal experience: On 11/2/2024, I ordered boots from them and contacted the seller to confirm shipping times before purchasing. They assured me prompt delivery within 3-5 business days. However, by 11/6, the item still hadnt shipped. I immediately requested cancellation, but instead of honoring my request, they falsely claimed the boots had already shipped. In reality, the item wasnt shipped until after I requested the cancellation, and they used express delivery to avoid refunding me.When the boots finally arrived on 11/9, I immediately contacted the seller to initiate a return. They ignored my messages, and **** later told me the seller has full discretion over returns. Despite following all proper steps to address this issue, **** ultimately ruled against me, leaving me stuck with an item I had no intention of ********** make matters worse, these boots are being sold on ****** for half the price I paid. This seller is engaging in deceptive practices, such as misrepresenting shipping times and refusing valid cancellations. Their ability to delete reviews further ******* them from accountability.I urge other buyers to proceed with caution. The positive reviews you see may not reflect the reality of dealing with this seller.
