    DTS tool store is a fraud. DON'T DEAL with it. Showing a product at far lower price than others but once it's down to shipping, the shipping cost 3X of the product. Additionally, somehow they can pull out payment info solely based on a e-mail address. This company is up to no good.

    Good morning, 

    Upon investigating the order in relation to this review, we are unable to locate any online order associated with ************* nor the email provided ********************* I have even tried to enter in our database with different variations to no avail. If you are able to ask the customer for more information, or the email address that they listed on the actual order, I would be happy to investigate further.

    I will tell you what don't buy from this company. I purchased a tool. It said 30-day back money guaranteed. The tool did not fit my machine correctly and work correctly, so I decided to take back. They didn't get back to me for 12 days and then did not take back the tool because they said I used it. Terrible communication and did not stand by there 30 day back guarantee.

    I order Cobble Clean from this Company, haven’t received it. I have called several times explaining that I haven’t received my order. No one has gotten back to me. I called U.P.S and they said they haven’t received the product I ordered. I paid a lot for the shipping. Bad customer service. ***** *********
